Victoria Delgado, MD, PhD, FESC.
Dr. Victoria Delgado, is currently the head of the cardiovascular imaging department of the Heart Institute at the University Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol in Badalona, Spain. She graduated in medical school at the University of Barcelona (Spain), accomplished her PhD at the Leiden University.
She is currently president of European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging of the European Society of Cardiology. She is also president of the Scientific Commission Sciences de la Vie et de la Santé - 4 (SVS-4) of the F.R.S.-FNRS (Belgium) and has formed part of several grant selection panels. She has been Senior Editor of Circulation and associate editor of the Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography.
