Dr. Anne P.G. Crijns is a radiation oncologist specializing in breast cancer and hemato-oncological malignancies.
She is actively involved in patient care and education on radiotherapy and its long-term effects.
Her research focuses on radiation-induced cardiac events in breast cancer survivors.
Dr. Crijns contributes to national and international studies improving oncologic outcomes and minimizing side effects.

Sandrine Bayart was born in Ghent on January 1st in 1994 and holds a background in biomedical sciences. She is a certified expert in medical physics and currently works at QCC Ghent.
She is presently conducting doctoral research at Ghent University, focused on the challenges related to personal radiation protection equipment (PRPE).
Her research aims to improve policies regarding PRPE and to provide guidelines to both users and manufacturers.
Sandrine strives to contribute to a safer and more efficient use of PRPE within the medical sector.
