Belgian Society of Cardiology
The Belgian Society of Cardiology (BSC) is the official scientific society representing cardiologists in Belgium. Committed to advancing cardiovascular medicine, the BSC promotes research, education, and professional collaboration across the field of cardiology.
The Society actively supports a number of specialised Working Groups, each dedicated to a specific area of expertise. These groups organise meetings, courses, and events throughout the year.
Each year, the BSC hosts its flagship event, the Annual Congress, bringing together professionals from across the country.
In addition, the BSC supports cardiovascular research through the Belgian Heart Foundation (BHF).
ACTA Cardiologica, the official journal of the BSC, serves as a platform for publishing original research and reviews in cardiovascular science.
