Marevan (warfarin) – 60 tablet boxes are not available at the moment (communication of the FAGG/AFMPS).
In order to continue treatment in patients with a clear indication for the use of classic Vit K antagonists, either warfarin can be acquired through the pharmacist in neighbouring countries or exchanged for another component (see the 2019 proposed exchange table of the BCFI/CBIP).
