General terms and conditions of sale

Applicable to individuals

If the event is cancelled or postponed, any registrations and reservations will be transferred to the next occurrence (onsite/hybrid/virtual).

Participants who wish to cancel their attendance to the next event, can request a refund of any amount paid up to 15 days prior to the original start of the cancelled event. There will be an administrative fee of € 25 deducted from the amount refunded.

Accommodation in this case is refundable up to 30 days (D-30) prior to the event.

Applicable to groups

The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to groups are identical to the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to individuals if the congress is either postponed or transformed into a hybrid or 100% virtual one.

The group leader may request the modification of the names of the group members as long as the services remain unchanged, until D-15 before the congress.

Privacy agreement

By registering to the congress, I agree to subscribe to the congress and the organizing agency newsletters. In addition, my first name and surname will be included in the final participants list which will be sent to the industry members. Congress and Event Registration Refunds

75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to [email protected] before D-30 (D is the date of the event). Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
