If you wish to become a member of the Belgian Society of Cardiology, please complete the application form below.
You will be informed when your application has been reviewed by the BSC Board.

  • Enter your email address; if you are a BSC member you should use the login option instead
  • You can either your email address here (preferred), or a unique user name. You will be able to login with either the username or the email address.
  • Minimum length of 8 characters.
  • Enter your phone number including the country code

  • Detailed Account Information

  • If you have a RIZIV/INAMI number enter only the numbers, otherwise leave this blank.
  • Please enter the date in the format dd-mm-YYYY.

  • Invoice details

  • In case you want to send the invoice to some else, please add the e-mail address in this field.

  • Acta Cardiologica Delivery

  • Applications need to be supported by full BSC Members

    Cardiologist members need two supporting referees from BSC members, other categories only require one referee (for Junior applications, this is the internship supervisor). Please ask these supporting referees to send an email to the BSC Secretariat.

  • This is a mandatory field for Cardiologist Applicants.
